The following is a message from Stephanie Pitman, Business Manager, Silver Lake Conference Center
Dear friends and colleagues,
Well, the time has come for me to retire from full time work at Silver Lake. Of course I have mixed feelings about leaving Silver Lake and retirement in general but it is time. My last date of full -time employment will be October 31, 2020 but I will continue in some role on a part time basis for some time after November 1.
It is always hard to leave a ministry when you have given it your all for a long time, in my case, the last 17 years, it has been a great ride and it has been very gratifying to see how many changes have taken place during that time! Silver Lake is a stronger ministry than it was when I started and I am blessed to have had a part in that strengthening. Silver Lake, the historic CT conference and now the SNEUCC will always have a home in my heart and I wish all of you a bright future as you solidify your plans for ministry in this place at this time!
