Maple Ridge started off the day at arts and crafts! We made some pillows that we have to finish next week, we made some more friendship bracelets, candles, and popsicle stick houses! At arts and sports there was an awesome activity set up for the kids. They were able to make a bunch of cool plates, cups, and bowls out of clay! Some people used the coiling metaphor and others just used their imagination! Today we welcomed many new campers to PDC who are in for an awesome week! Our favorite moment of the day was our entire group Gaga ball game. There were many laughs and awesome plays! Tomorrow is tie dye Tuesday so make sure you bring your white shirt because we are doing it first thing in the morning!!!
