As Program Director for Silver Lake, Jennifer Kronholm Clark hires and trains the paid summer staff and recruits and supports the volunteer leaders, or deans, and the counselors of the summer conference program, and creates print, email, and web publications.
Prior to her current position, Jenn served as Administrator from 2011-2017. She was a conferee, summer staff member, counselor, and alumni advocate at Silver Lake. Before joining Silver Lake full-time, she served as associate editor at The Lakeville Journal and worked with the Alumni Development Office of the Hotchkiss School. She earned her Master of Arts in English at Trinity College, and her Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College. She resides in Salisbury with her husband, James, and children Niki and Avery.
