Retreat and Finance Manager - Silver Lake Camp and Retreat Center

The Retreat and Finance Manager – Silver Lake Camp and Retreat Center is responsible for managing a time of renewal, relaxing, and an escape from everyday life while working with groups of all ages to book on-site retreats. This includes business development of year-round reservations, hospitality, and operations of the retreat activity. Site Manager - Silver Lake Camp and Retreat Center

$38,000-$50,000 according to experience with housing, benefits; Full-Time/Exempt

The Site Manager – Silver Lake Camp and Retreat Center (SLCRC) is responsible for maintaining all buildings, roads, trails, grounds, and vehicles. Oversees housekeeping and any contractors on site.  Provides excellent Christian hospitality maintains clean, safe, and welcoming facilities and grounds. Summer Staff Employment Opportunities

Summer staff applications are still open! The next round of applications are due April 15, 2023.

Summer Staff is divided into teams, managed by a Team Leader/Coordinator.

Summer Staff lead programs, cook meals, oversee water activities, clean, sing, climb, run, and generally make Silver Lake a safe, enjoyable, and blessed place to grow and begin faith journeys for so many young people.

The expected commitment is mid-June through mid-August, with one 24-hour day off each week. Those hired for Summer Staff are encouraged to commit to the full program.

Applicants for Summer Staff must be at least 16 years old. There are other age requirements for specific positions, including Team Leaders/Coordinators.

All staff will be expected to participate in emergency drills and respond to emergencies as trained. Establish and maintain a positive and helpful environment while living, working, and encouraging a Christian community. Assist with other departments as needed.
