The Now for the Future Campaign provides a special opportunity for Local Churches. Partnership Capital Fund Campaign can enable local churches to raise funds for their own needs and at the same time raise funds for the refurbishment of Silver Lake, and for Back Bay Mission, with minimal fund-raising costs. Many times churches delay maintenance, or feel that they can not raise the funds required to renovate or add-on to their facilities. But, Now for the Future may provide an impetus for your church to engage in an act of faith by conducting a Partnership Capital Fund Campaign to improve your facilities to meet the needs of your future. In this way, your church is saying we need to do this for our church, Now for the Future.

Raising funds for your local church’s needs and for Silver Lake can be the most cost-effective manner in which to raise a significant amount of funds. Since VanderWyden Consultants, Inc. is providing professional counsel to the Conference for the Now for the Future Campaign, it is offering professional consulting services to churches for their campaigns at discounted rates below typical industry standards. If a church decides to conduct a Partnership Capital Fund Campaign using VanderWyden Consultants, Inc. to provide their Professional Giving Development Counsel, the church will receive a discount in the fee for their campaign in proportion to the percentage of their Campaign Goal that the church decides to allocate to Now for the Future. For example, if a church decides to raise $750,000 and allocates 10%, or a tithe, of those funds for Now for the Future, VanderWyden Consultants, Inc. will provide the church with a 10% discount on the fee for their Capital Fund Campaign.

Partnership Capital Fund Campaigns also stimulate increased giving for the Operating Program Budget of a church. Invariably Capital Fund Campaigns led by VanderWyden Consultants result in the growth of members’ faith in God’s providing and deeper commitment to their church, and consequently increased giving to their church. Typically churches that have struggled to raise funds for their Operating Budget, find that after a Capital Fund Campaign support for their Operating Budget increases dramatically.
